BOSTON, Mass. Seniors Christy Rogers (Bend, Ore.) of MIT and Ashante Little (Seabrook, N.H.) of Wheaton College were each selected to represent the New England Women s and Men s Athletic Conference (NEWMAC) as nominees for the NCAA Woman of the Year award. Rogers, a swimmer, and Little, a track student-athlete, were chosen by a vote of the NEWMAC Athletic Directors at the conference s annual meetings on Monday. They will both be considered for selection as one of the top candidates from each of the NCAA s three divisions later this summer.
